These classes are booked on an individual basis and you can have as many or as little as desired. The purpose of the session is to offer flexibility for couples who don’t think the full HypnoBirthing antenatal education course is feasible due to time/financial restraints or who just want to top up their knowledge from a previous course/experience.
Each class is 2 hours @ £95 per session
