This Hypnobirthing Taster session will take place via Zoom. Would you like to find out more about how to prepare your body and mind for a calm, confident pregnancy and birth? Hypnobirthing provides a complete, evidence-based antenatal education for expectant parents. During this 1 hour taster session you will get to meet me (Terri owner of Cornwall Hypnobirthing), learn what you can expect from my full Hypnobirthing course (including course dates and cost etc), the importance of high quality inclusive antenatal education, learn a relaxation technique that can help you through pregnancy, birth and beyond; and also be taught a simple breathing technique that will be useful during labour. I will also be sharing feedback and birth stories from my previous clients.
