Fee is per pregnant person - partners come free I am an independent Hypnobirthing practitioner; I originally trained with the Marie Mongan Hypnobirthing Institute 10 years ago. I bring to my course the knowledge from my antenatal educator and birth doula qualifications, my Badass Doula training, LGBTQ+ and Cultural competency training, my knowledge as of clinical hypnotherapy, as well as my personal experience as a Hypnobirthing mother. This is not a 'fluffy' course. It is factual, truthful, practical and empowering. The course is a complete Birth Education Programme that teaches simple but specific self-hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques for birth. During the course you will learn how to tune in to your natural instincts, call upon your body's own natural hormones and birth in a way that is right for you. You will also work on eliminating your fears and enter your birthing with calm confidence. You will learn about the importance of informed decision making, informed consent and your birthing and human rights in Childbirth, and a whole lot more. The course content will cover knowledge and education about the body and what will happen during labour, birth physiology, relaxation for pregnancy, labour and birth, breathing techniques, writing a comprehensive birth plan, positions for labour and birth, pre-birth and postnatal bonding, informed consent and decision making, the role of the birth partner and much more.
